invisible lines

I dont want to see some lines in 3D wiew, and "lines" "invisible line" didnt work. how to use it ?

On September 14th, 2008 seradares says:

The Linework tool does work in 3D views, so I'm not sure on your particular situation. Sometimes you do have to click on a line several times to make it disappear (as there may be others below it)

Could you post some more information, even an image or Revit file?
