Keynoting in Revit
Specify the Keynotes file -
Back in Revit, specify your new keynotes file by clicking Settings -> Keynoting... then clicking Browse...
Navigate to and Select 'newkeynotes.txt' and click Open. Now click View... and make sure there are 3 pairs of values underneath 'Key Values' and 'Keynote Text' as per your text file.
Please note that the 'Numbering Method' is set to 'By keynote' then click OK.
Create some Keynotes -
For this example I am going to be using two sheets and two views to demonstrate the Numbering Methods and Keynote Legends
Duplicate your first Floor Plan, in my case I am Right clicking on 'Ground Floor' and selecting Duplicate View -> Duplicate.
To create a new sheet, Right click on 'Sheets (all)', Click New Sheet.., select any title block and click OK. The other way is via View -> New -> Sheet... or under the 'View' tab in the Design Bar.
Now on the Ground Floor, create a new Wall, with one door and one window in it, of any type.
Under your Drafting tab select Keynote>> -> Element.
At this point you may be asked to load an Annotation Tag Family. Revit is looking for a Keynote tag (like your window and door tags), this may be found under Library\Annotations\Tags\General or Library\Annotations, it will be called something like 'M_Keynote Tag'.
Now place keynotes in the order: Wall, Window, Door. You will have to select the appropriate keynote from a list for each element, then click OK.
On the Copy of Ground Floor, select Keynote>> -> Element. Now place keynotes in the order: Door, Window Wall. Note that you will not have to select a keynote from the list this time as the elements have a keynote already associated. This can be changed in the element's Type Properties at any time.
Place Ground Floor and Copy of Ground Floor on separate sheets by double clicking on a sheet then dragging the view onto it. Make sure you place the Legend right up close to your Wall, so you can see what's going on. You should have two views on two separate sheets.
Create a Keynote Legend
Select View -> New -> Keynote Legend... Leave the name as is and then click OK. Keynote Value and Keynote Text are moved into the scheduled fields by default, so click OK again.
You will now have a Keynote Legend underneath your Schedules/Quantities. Drag it onto both of your sheets. One Keynote Legend can be dragged onto multiple sheets.
Now, with one of your sheets active (double click on a sheet), select Window -> Close Hidden Windows. Then select Window -> Tile. You should now have your two sheets side by side. Zoom in on each window so that you can clearly see the Wall and the Keynote Legend.

beams
On your demonstration and it happens naturally there is a gap where the beams are suppose to join. To correct this go into the first instance parameters and set the start & end extensions to equal zero. Very good presentation overall - keep up the good work as video works well.
