Keynoting in Revit
Changing the Settings
Select Settings -> Keynoting... again and change the Numbering Method to 'By sheet'. Click OK.
You will note now, that each element has a number 1, 2 or 3 and your keynote legends on each sheet are not showing Keynote Text for 1 or 3. This is because they are different on each sheet (on the Ground Floor we keynoted the Wall first, but on Copy of Ground Floor, we keynoted the Door first).
But we can fix this!
Right click on your Keynote Legend under Schedules/Quantities in your Project Browser. Select Properties... and click on the Edit... button next to 'Filter'. You will see a checkbox near the bottom of this window called 'Filter by sheet'. This option is not available in most schedules. Check it and click OK twice.
You will note now, that each Key Value and Text is displayed in the order that we created the keynotes on each different view.
Change your Numbering Method back to 'By keynote' (Settings -> Keynoting...). Now try Right clicking on the wall on one of your sheets, and selecting Activate View. Select and delete one of the Keynotes. Right click again and select Deactivate View.
Note that because we have chosen to 'Filter by sheet' in our Keynote Legend, the appropriate line is deleted from the Legend on the sheet. This means that we can use the same Legend on multiple sheets, displaying only elements which have a Keynote associated with them on that sheet!
Conclusion
Keynotes really bode well for the idea of consistant, dynamic documentation. To test this out, change the Numbering Method to By sheet, now try deleting Ground Floor from it's sheet and putting it on the same sheet as Copy of Ground Floor. Notice now how the Values 1-3 are changed in each view to correspond with the Legend, not the order that we created them.

beams
On your demonstration and it happens naturally there is a gap where the beams are suppose to join. To correct this go into the first instance parameters and set the start & end extensions to equal zero. Very good presentation overall - keep up the good work as video works well.
